The theme is CONNECTION; where we help you re-connect back to yourself and remember who you are. To have a deeper connection with others, you must first connect back to yourself. After many restrictions & isolations, you may have changed, maybe others have or perhaps the world around us looks different.
It will be an amazing day with activities around connection, easy yoga and meditation and delicious food to nourish our mind and souls.
